Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, the following conditions must be met:
- The bonus amount must be wagered at least 10 times (10x) before withdrawal.
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
- The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per account.
- If the bonus is not used within the specified time, it will be cancelled automatically.
4.2 General Bonus Policy

5.3 Technical Issues

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers step by step based on regular participation and loyalty to the platform. Cashback will be credited to the member's account at a set time each week. While cashback itself carries no wagering requirements, each campaign's own detailed terms apply.

7.1 Member Responsibilities

In the event of a dispute, please notify our support team first. If a complaint is submitted via live chat or email, we will investigate and work to provide a resolution promptly. If you are unsatisfied with the support team's decision, you may take further steps by following the relevant process.
Service Changes and Notifications
89bd5 reserves the right to change these Terms, payment methods, bonus structure or any aspect of the service at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all other clauses will remain fully in effect.
